Rates on 30-year mortgages edge up (Lexington Herald-Leader)

After falling for two weeks, rates on 30-year mortgages edged up slightly this week. Freddie Mac, the mortgage company, reported Thursday that 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages averaged 6.46 percent this week, compared with 6.45 percent last week.
